Meal Account Plans:
A nutritionally balanced lunch may be purchased or brought from home. Lunch is $1.75 and breakfast is $1.00. It is the responsibility of the student to safeguard his/her lunch money. Students purchasing multiple days of lunches must do so before school starts in the cafeteria. There are several ways of doing this:
- You can put money on a MEAL account.
Example: $8.75=5 days of meals (breakfast or lunch)
OR
- You can put money on an OPEN account.
This allows the student to purchase breakfast, lunch and a la carte items (ice cream, cookies)
OR
- You may purchase a COMBINATION account.
This allows your child to purchase meal and a la carte items, but you must specify a certain amount for meals. Example: $8.75=5 days of meals + $6.25 a la carte = $15.00
Make checks payable to McMullen Booth Elementary. Please include your child's First and Last name on the check, along with a breakdown of how you want the money to be allocated (meals only, open, or both)
The cafeteria has a limited amount of money to finance lunch loans. ALL BORROWED LUNCH TICKETS ARE TO BE PAID BACK THE NEXT SCHOOL DAY. Loans will be given to the students only for the amount of a full lunch. After 3 unpaid lunches, students will be given a cheese sandwich and unflavored milk only until the account is paid in full. No loans are allowed for breakfast or a la carte purchases.
Please note that checks made payable to our school are deposited in a timely manner. As per School Board policy, checks that are returned to us due to insufficient funds cannot be redeposited. Therefore, parent/guardian will incur additional fees due to their returned check, and only cash will be accepted to settle the account.
How to Check/Update your child's meal account:
School Payment Solutions is an online payment portal especially designed to allow parents to make quick and easy online payments to their children’s school meal accounts.
Please visit www.schoolpaymentsolutions.com to add funds to your student’s prepaid account.
To log in, you will need your child's 10 digit student ID number. This number can be found on any official document sent to you by the school district, or you can call the school and find out your child's ID number. The number will be labeled as the “Local Student ID” and it will begin with the number 52.
